I had the privilege of meeting with about 15 really great leaders for lunch today! These were all men from a local area who are either working in the marketplace or serving as pastoral leaders and shepherds.
The thing that strikes me when I gather with a group like this is just how "sold out" these men are to the Kingdom of God and to a vision that's bigger than just our local church.
We all love our local church and we are always prioritizing their needs and ministries, but it's very healthy to see the "bigger Kingdom" issues that can only be discerned when you meet with pastors and leaders from other churches and areas.
